Refit

Owners of Moonen yachts are very active sporting people-individuals and families who use their yachts to the fullest, drive them hard, and enjoy them thoroughly in exploring the oceans and seas. After some years of such demanding use, or when she changes owners, even the finest, best-maintained Moonen yacht will wear a bit around the edges, and want some upgrading, restyling, or a serious analysis and overhaul.

Moonen Shipyards is the perfect place to bring that yacht, so the same craftsmen who built her can knowingly rebuild her. Of course, this applies equally to fine yachts built by other respected shipyards-they all deserve the special care and attention that only the Moonen refit team can offer.

Moonen's Refit Department stands ready to give new life to any yacht with experience. Since we acquired a new 60-metre (200 feet) construction hall we can do refits up to approx. 50 metres (165 feet).

We recently re-delivered the totally refit Moonen 84, Moon River (ex-Moon Bels) and did a significant refit of a semi-displacement Moonen 89.

Moonen arranges autos and pleasant lodgings, so they can enjoy local services, restaurants, and entertainment, or travel to nearby Rotterdam or Amsterdam to take pleasure in more sophisticated experiences.
